you know what's so beautiful that i think about all the time? the location of the oldest tree in the world has been kept completely hidden. i am in love with it. i hope only a few people ever find it. let her live without becoming a tourist attraction. she will stay old and not be taken down like the redwoods. leave her alone. let her continue to grow. so much wildlife has been taken from california already and she is still standing and i hope no one else ever finds her.
peace and love peace and love.

recover
you deserve people who listen to you ramble.
you deserve people who love it when you're excited, when you're happy. you deserve people who check up on you and wish to see you well, people who not only accept you for who you are
- but rejoice in it.

No offense but literally nothing and no one is and will ever be out of your league. Nothing is too good for you. Nobody has the right to make you feel like you are not enough or less than you are, you deserve the world.

honestly life is all about the little things that u barely even notice, that delicious coffee u had in the morning, ur friend randomly pinching ur cheek, the moon shining brighter than usual, the radio playing your favorite song. pay more attention to these details!!! they make life worth living

Did you know that your interests are really cool?? The stuff that you find fascinating and the little facts you know aren't lame. They're what make you passionate and that's a really cool thing

As I get older I'm starting to let go of the guilty urge to build permanent habits. Like, a while ago I decided
I would start jumping rope every day. I did it for like three weeks and felt good about it. Then I got bored, because of course I did, because I'm a human person. So now I do a bit of kickboxing because that's what I like now. The other week I cut all sugar from my diet, just for a week, to challenge myself.
Now I'm back to eating sweets but I don't crave them as much.
Growth is about stretching, trying new things, and setting small, realistic goals for yourself, not picking a "good habit" you've decided you will be doing always and forever from now on. That's not discipline. That's pointless self-torture and unhealthy resistance to change.
What's good for you today will not necessarily be what's good for you tomorrow.
