A driver who stopped to help a koala cross a major freeway in Adelaide's southeast caused a six-car crash and long traffic delays on Monday morning. Picture: Nine News 9 This led to a chain reaction, with six vehicles being involved in the major crash just after Commuters were advised to find an alternative route, as traffic was reduced to two lanes. Luckily, nobody was seriously injured in the crash.
