Yesterday at 3:35 pm my boy had a seizure. He was having a normal day for him. He'd just been to the vet on the Wednesday previously. Advised to take antibiotics due to bloodwork showing elevated white blood cells and high end of normal creatinine. His regular vet said he looked great overall. Concerned about a small bit of weight loss. Yesterday he was hypersalivating, yowling, acting agressive to us. We rushed him to the ER vet. Waited for hours and made the choice to leave him overnight for safety. When we said goodbye before leaving it was like he didn't even know we were there. Not even blinking. Wouldn't get out of his carrier. I've been up since 2 am and am waiting for news. They're saying he'll need phenobarbital. I'm scared. Any advice would be appreciated TL/DR: cat had hos first and only seizure. I'm panicking. I'm scared for what this means for him
