Gale Sonnier was a janitor for a Louisiana elementary school. In 1985, the principal pulled him aside and said, "I'd rather see you grading papers than picking them up." So, at the age of 39, Gabe started studying. He got his teaching degree and, shortly after, his first teaching job. In 2013, he became principal of the same school he'd cleaned for 27 years.

Daughter posts online to help father who was homeless sell tiramisus overwhelmed by support from strangers, dad now runs his own business
MOVEMENT
Hi all! My dad is approaching 71 in a few weeks, and is a senior citizen. Born in
Northern Italy, he emigrated to the US in the late
1970s and has been working as an Italian chef for 45+ years. After some unfortunate events and most recently a bad divorce, my dad struggles to make ends meet on a monthly basis and I'm unable to provide him the support he needs.
Now the true purpose of this post. He makes the most
DIVINE Tiramisu ever. Recently we made some together and after sharing some slices with some neighbors and friends, they all noted that it was amazing and some asked to purchase more. I know it's a long shot, but I'm hoping maybe if someone has.
an event or a sweet tooth and would like a full
Tiramisu cake they'd be willing to buy one! He loves making them and they are INSANELY delicious, so I thought it was worth a try. When I told him about the idea of trying to sell a few he loved it but didn't know how to make it work, so I thought I'd post it here in
