Trying this again, since my first post didn't go anywhere. I have about exhausted every other avenue so here's hoping someone has an idea we haven't come across yet. This is my cat, Simon. He's 10 years old this year and has stomatitis and something we haven't been able to figure out yet. He eats a full can of wet food and has access to kibble all day but doesn't gain weight. He's been 6lbs for a couple years now. He goes between constipation and diarrhea, is gassy, can't control his bowels.
