My wife and I are looking at rescuing a surrendered year-and-a-half old female Siberian Husky. We are both experienced dog owners and have been for 25+ years. We have two other small dogs that we rescued and are sure we can make a third work. We have a fully fenced-in backyard with a 5-acre fenced-in dog park 2 blocks away. Both my wife and I enjoying running outside so exercise won’t be an issue. I’m just curious if anyone out in the imgur universe has more breed-specific information, as it will be my first time owning a Husky. Any information on personality, coat management, hygiene, feeding, interactions with dogs/kids/etc would be greatly helpful. Thanks to you glorious info-sharing bastards out there. Just wanna make sure a Husky will be a good fit.
