My boyfriend just found a bunch of squirrels had made a nest in his trunk. Of the six that we found, four were dead. We're trying to figure out what to do with the last two. We don't know if they're from out at the lake (where we are now) or from in the city (where we've been for the last three days). They were found in quite a nest. We're not exactly sure where this stuff came from, possibly insulation of some kind from his car interior. Both are currently moving, one is warm to the touch, the other one less so. They appear to both still be blind. My boyfriend is intent on nursing them back to health. We don't know how long they've been without their mother's milk, and we don't know where to start in terms of getting them better. We're hoping that they can at least get self-sufficient and can be released back into nature.
