Hey chris
I really love your channel and its really changed my life but right know i want to say that ramadan is near and you know that every Muslim fasting for a month so we just need video about ramadan workout and nutrition to stay in shape

1 hour ago hen you break your fast during iftar,
make sure to drink a lot of water and have something like a bowl of oatmeal or any clean form of carbs, fats and proteins.
Just make sure not to make the meal too heavy make it light. Then pray magrib then workout like an hour after iftar. After your workout, eat a heavier meal that has a decent amount of protein in it. Honestly you just eat what you normally eat but ina shorter time window
