Didymocentrus krausi is found in Costa Rica, El Salvador, Honduras, and Nicaragua. Found within dry Pacific forests only 100-400 meters above sea level. Typically found under small rocks, and fallen pieces of wood in very shallow burrows. Didymocentrus krausi is sexually dimorphic, with males featuring longer chelal fingers (claws) than females, and more slender bodies.
