FOUND: Cat was at my front door this evening with no collar. He ate 5 cans of tuna, so he must have been lost a while. He was covered in dirt and leaves, so I gave him a bath. I've been checking with neighbors, but no one seems to be missing a cat
"My son always texts to say he's on his way home. So! open the door, letting his 17 year old cat, and 16 year old doggo know that he's on his way. This is them waiting for him. Thought it was adorable and wanted to share."
Mohammed Mashali once found a child that suffered from diabetes and needed insulin shot but couldn't afford them, so he asked his mother to buy him some. Sadly his mother could not afford them either and the child passed away. After this he moved to one of the poorest countries and began treating medical patients free of charge. He passed away July 28, 2020. Days before his death he was still helping everyone he could.
Clint Smith l've said this before, but one of the only reasons I'm a writer is because I had a teacher in grade who looked at my poem about clouds & said "you can be a writer when you grow up." It stayed forever. Teachers, don't underestimate what your words can do for your students

Brad Ryan, of Duncan Falls, Ohio, shares photos from a visit to Acadia with his Grandma Joy Ryan on June 6-7. "My Grandma Joy was 85-years-old when I took her on a road trip to her first US national park. She told me she had never seen a mountain or the ocean, so I committed to a mission to show her the very best of America. In the past 3.5 years, we have driven 25,000 miles through 38 states. Most recently we traveled to Acadia National Park, the 29th US National Park on #GrandmaJoysRoadTrip. Grandma Joy is 89 now, but she intends to stick around long enough to check all 61 US National Parks off her list." (Photo courtesy of Brad Ryan @doctorhellbender Used with permission.) More @
